Sonographer Houston

My mom has been trying to get a sonography job for over 2 years now. She has been continuously trying for one year and she has not been able to land ONE JOB. We are struggling a lot with money. She has been trying so hard and taking so many exams. The only reason they arent hiring is because she has not had experience in a long time. How should she get a job. Please help!!
