I need Houstons best bbq

I’m coming to Houston from Colorado next weekend, last year I went to Austin and tried terry blacks twice. The meats were eye opening and almost made me shed a tear cause we don’t have it like that in Denver (was very disappointing the second time I went), the sides were mediocre at best. I plan to try triple Js but I need at least 3 more spots to try. I’ve spent a whole year dreaming about getting back to Texas for bbq please hook me up y’all
