SYNOPSIS? The City plans to sell a key stretch of Polk Street to Local Government Corporation, Houston First, for expansion of the GRB.

The resulting traffic nightmare will be epic for all Houstonians, especially sports fans and downtown commuters. Also, the closure is just another brick in the wall that isolates the east side of Houston.
