Is it just me or has traffic gotten way worse lately

I’ve lived here my whole life l and I swear the traffic this year feels way more chaotic than usual. especially around 610 and 59, constant lane closures, random stops and people driving like it’s Mario Kart. Is this just a post – rodeo chaos or something longer term? Are there any major projects going on right now that I missed? Starting to feel like I need to leave 30 mins earlier for everything, even just across town. Anyone else noticing this or am I just finally losing my patience?
