Seasonal things to do in Houston?

I’m visiting today for a business trip overnight, my meeting will literally be just a couple hours out of my trip so I want to explore a little. I’ve done a little research and saw that discovery Green has ice-skating, and there’s a pop-up bar called Jingled Up.

Besides those, what else can I knock out? Thank you 🙂
