How much does roof fascia repair/replace cost now?

Curious what’s a normal rate for fascia repair now in Houston/Katy/Sugarland area, two story house, some of the fascia rotted/damaged, gutter needs to be removed to access it.

Getting some quotes soon but want to get an idea if anyone had similar works done recently.
