PSA if you had a car at OnPoint Auto

To anyone who has a vehicle at OnPoint Auto Customs LLC in Bacliff TX – you need to go get it now. I was awarded a Judgement against OnPoint/Josh for the theft of $3775 and Judge Rikard informed me that they were served an eviction notice for owing over $20,000 in back rent. All vehicles on property will be seized by the constables.

Josh has a history of scamming people for auto repairs by taking large amounts as a down payment/deposit, and then never delivering on the work he agreed to. I've come across several people who are out $2500-7500 because of him.

I've also heard from a previous customer of his that he may also be moving to another location in the area.
