Handpulled Chinese noodles in Bellaire area?

As the title suggests I'm after some real-deal hand-pulled Chinese noodles in the area where I'll be (hopefully) buying a car tomorrow. I lived in China for a little bit and would love to show my dad some of what I'm always talking about. I've seen some on yelp but trust yall more than them.

Ideally looking for something that has the option for different thickness of noodles and possibly one that has dumplings too. Niu Yi Zui looked incredible but unfortunately looks closed.

Please help!
