To Pay or Not to Pay: Framber

I'm mostly curious what this sub thinks. Framber's payday is coming due, and I just can't talk myself into being comfortable paying him what he'll likely demand. Just as likely to s**t the bed (Giants, Cardinals) as he is to be elite (Mets, Mariners).
