Best chaat place?

I've been to standard sweets and Bombay sweets. They are fine but their chaat has been adjusted more for American tastes – ie sugar in the yogurt. In fact that's the challenge with a lot of chaat here is the use of sugar. Any suggestions for chaat without sugar use (short of asking them not to add the yogurt, which I do).
