"The chemistry with the receivers […and] Tim Kelly .. the conversations I have with AJ McCarron, TJ Yates, Josh McCown, my QB coach Quincy Avery, I mean all of us all on the same page on what we want to do for the system and what we need to do to be successful as offense. For me to just understand how to become a pure elite quarterback and do the right things and to be very very efficient and sharp and not try to make the big plays, just try to let that naturally happen… Really have been doing my film study, and studying hard for the game plan on what we want to do to attack that defense"
