Need help remembering chinese restaurant in inner loop (2nd floor of strip mall)

I lived in the inner loop for over a year before leaving houston. I am back years later (5-6 years) as a longer term visitor.

This place was a chinese hole in the wall on the second floor of a complex. I remember having to walk up the stairs. The interior was massive and stereotypical chinese restaurant decor. Inexpensive prices.

I remember it was very good though. I want to go back.

When I lived in HTX i was based in the inner loop and ultimately settled on an apartment in montrose area but I was still driving around a lot so idk

If i close my eyes i remember an HEB or other massive grocery store near the strip mall complex with this chinese spot on the second floor but maybe my memory is betraying me.
