Anyone have a guess as to what’s going in here?

This building (formerly the Sprouts at 1212 Old Spanish Trl) has been under construction for 5 billion years and I desperately wanna know what they’re installing. Does anyone know any businesses that use this shade of blue and would use about 18k sq ft of space?
