Lifetime vs Equinox vs the preserve vs facet heights

Hey me and my mom just moved here and we needed a gym To go to with a little bit of luxury at least I have pros and cons to all options but most Importantly questions

For context I'm almost 21 and mom is 49 and she's out of shape and I'm in p good shape and intermediate lifter Lifetime – pros – sauna , someplace to work for mom , good vibe , pool , location where In the woodlands where I live in the weekends Cons – will be over crowded ? Not enough "unique bodybuilding equipment " expensive (affordable though, Main con is that the only good one seems to be the location on healthy way / upper Kirby and you have to reserve unless there's a better location?

Equinox : pros the same as lifetime but maybe even cleaner – easy to get a tour Cons : father then lifetime and don't know if it has a pool or their price

The preserve pros – everything , parking , location , views , atmosphere for mom , taste of woodlands which I miss

Cons : literally think they have 0 strength training equipment ima tour .

Facet heights – might be perfect , cheape , art wall , as a sauna even if not high quality (let me know if anyone goes here and it too dirty) good equipment

Cons ; no pool. This is huge for me and also idk if my mom willl like garage vibe

Through and through I think lifetime or equinox is perfect if the preserve has no weights I'm also looking at the city center lifetime how hard is it to find parking ?
