Coffee courses, classes, or schools?

Hello,

I'd like to take a deep dive into learning more about coffee. I do not drink it regularly, but am beginning to gain a greater interest for it.

Are there any courses or schools to attend in person in the Houston area? And if not Houston, any other nationally recognized programs?

Or would I be better off the self learning method?
