[Advice] Need rooftop recommendations

Hey fellow houston redditors! Just bought an engagement ring and planning to propose on a rooftop location with a good view. (Told my girl I love her first time in downtown houston) so I need a rooftop location for the proposal! Would love to hear your recommendations!

P.S. also looking for a photographer if anyone can provide me a good referall!
