Warm/Cozy atmosphere restaurants?

Looking for upbeat cozy restaurants similar to maybe a record bar playing dope music while having great food.

I’ve been to Nobie’s and had that perfect experience, but unfortunately had to sit at the bar. It’s always so busy.

I don’t care where it’s located or price.
