Heights package stealer, I see you

We’ve unfortunately had a couple packages stolen in the past couple months with yesterday morning being the most recent. Our place is out of this camera’s viewpoint and the car backed up next to our front door to do the dirty.

Can anyone help enhance the license plate on this car or any thoughts on what we should do?
