Alright Reddit army… I'm asking for your help. First of all, rate my response to these series of fake reviews we got: good? bad? For context, I run a residential and commercial cleaning biz in town, and we just got spammed with 3 fake reviews from people we either 1) didn't service. or 2) are anon names. Neither one of the 3 left a description, all have eerily similar names, and they came within 5 mins of each other… which makes me think it's either a bot or a competitor.
