Tiny Houses

Does anyone know the limitations of building a tiny house in the Houston area? For reference I would be buying something like this. Which is bigger than the 300 square feet requirement I’ve found for most permit housing in Houston. It will not be on wheels if that makes a difference.

Edit: I plan on buying a small plot of land to place it on, not put it in an RV park or leased property.
