I feel like I am living in Gotham City due to our DAs. Assault caee on Washington got dismissed. Advice please.

Last year I went out at 8pm to get ice cream on Washington. Had my chihuahua in a backpack and got pushed to the ground after telling a guy to be more careful after almost crashing into us in an empty parking lot. I had to turn my body and hit my head in order to not fall on her. Partner got punched multiple times in the face, still has scars. Police bodycam shows his friends saying we never touched him and that he had an open bottle and gun in his truck. We were on the phone with 911 after the first time, because I BEGGED him to stop punching my partner. He himself told us to call them. After he left, he saw we were still at the scene of the crime (by his truck), he left bottled blonde, took off his chain to hand to friend, and wanted to come back for seconds until he heard me crying to 911 to hurry because he was coming back.

The case was dismissed due to lack of evidence, regardless of the police cam footage and 911 recorded call. The man was just arrested again 2 weeks ago for drug possession.
