Thoughts about signing a veteran guard like Kevin Zeitler?

We obviously need help at left guard, and I like the fact Zeitler is a 34 year old vet where maybe we can get him not as expensively as the free agent guards coming off of their rookie contracts. He excelled in both pass and run blocking last year with the Lions, but I'm not sure what blocking scheme we are running this year with the new regime.

Maybe draft best available interior o lineman in the 1st and sign Zeitler?
