Third Spaces & Study Spots – Seeking Recommendations

Since nearly every library in Houston is closed on weekends or after 5:00 PM and popular cafes (like Agora or Slowpokes) are impossible to get parking at, where do you go to study? What's a good spot over the weekend specifically?

I'm willing to go as far in town as needed, but I'm based in NW Houston.
