Is there anyone here that can help me figure out what to do about an issue with my application to Harris Health?
I dropped off my application and I got my reply back where they basically are asking me to reapply but the letter didn't come till today and I only have till Wednesday to drop off more documents or proof but this is all stuff that I already dropped off in my first application. I understand why they want me to add an additional statement of support. The problem is I don't know how to meet their requirements for residence. They rejected basically a signed letter from my mother-in-law stating that this is where we live and then the terms of what is essentially like a handwritten lease. I have no assets nobody's mailing me anything that I can use. My last credit collections letter was more than 60 days ago so I can't use it, And since I'm the one that applied, I don't think I can use my spouse's proof of residence which would be already included on her check stubs. And if That wasn't confusing, they also want me to completely refill out the original application that I already filled out and turned in for some reason, I already gave them proof of income in my original application, and yet they're asking for it again, And the last time like it was even signed by my spouse's boss. I'm not sure I would be able to get another copy of that and signed by him which is her boss in time. Hopefully check stubs are enough.
I'm just really confused and I cannot afford to get rejected, because I need this badly. We absolutely qualify, but they say that if I can't essentially return a new application with documents that I basically already provided and I don't know how to provide in a different way. By Wednesday I'm going to get denied.
Is there anyone here familiar with the system that can help me out?
This is basically the same reason why I got denied last year. You give them everything they ask for. They come back with a response saying that you didn't give it to them and then they give you an unreasonable amount of time to do it all over again and get it turned back in with additional prerequisites that may be actually impossible to actually provide (like I said I have no assets. No credit cards. It's not like I'm getting legal material in the mail confirming my address all the time). Especially since I think Monday is a holiday, and I don't have free access to transportation.
I would really like some guidance on this if anyone has gone through this process before.
…
What makes this frustrating is that everything that I provided to harris health was able to get me approved by avenue 360 for primary Care and dental. But me and my spouse both very much need access to the gold card for behavioral health services. Because avenue 360 does not do behavioral health anymore, they refer everyone over to Harris health and so I don't understand what the issue is.
