Cidercade not worth the price?

As someone who grew up in the arcades of the late 90's and early 2000's, I feel as though that Cidercade is more of a gimmick than a legitimate arcade. First off, the price point. I paid $26 for two people on a busy Friday, and upon entry I realized that the game selection isn't as great as the website makes it seem to be. A lot of the games are not in good condition such as the fighting games having loose joysticks and buttons that are either stuck or just don't work.

Second, they really push the bar aspect of the arcade when I just want to go there to play the games. I get it's in the name "Cidercade" but a lot of their alcoholic drinks don't taste great and that's another pain point. Not to mention they don't have traditional beers like Coors Light or Modelo.

I just may be pandering to my nostalgia, but it seems like to me that Cidercade needs some competition when it comes to classic arcade games.
