High end restaurants with good desserts

My mom and I love a good dessert and want to try some good desserts curated and made by actual pastry chefs. We don't want the regular cheese cake, chocolate cake etc. We want to try stuff that's unique. I loved Hugo's dessert menu but want to find more like that. Suggest me some places.
