How safe is the kingwood park and ride into downtown?

Hello! I have been curious about using the park and ride in kingwood as I’ve seen it when I go there for shopping, etc. I’ve never ridden the metro bus in Houston, but it would be really nice to use a park and ride since I hate driving in Houston. I’m a bit nervous about the safety of it since I am a female and would be alone.
