Anyone know what happened near the 59/610 intersection this evening?

Looked like 3 lanes closed and about 6 emergency vehicles all clustered around each other on the 59 where it crosses over Fountainview. But I couldn’t make out a crash or anything and can’t find matching news. Anyone know what’s up?
