Montgomery County dedicates Hwy. 242 section to fallen officer

Montgomery County Precinct 4 Commissioner Matt Gray and members of several east Montgomery County law enforcement agencies unveiled a sign dedicating a section of Hwy. 242 to Sgt. Stacey Baumgartner, who passed away in 2016 in the line of duty.
