Upscale dinner date recommendations?

Have a babysitter and me and the hubs want to do a nice LUNCH out (sorry – I messed up the title and can’t edit it). We live close to the med center and are willing to drive 30 minutes. Great food, balanced cocktails and an upscale but still casual-ish vibe.
