Local buying and selling tips

Just recently moved to Texas I'm interested on what are the applications or websites that people use here in Houston for locally buying and selling various items or services I used to build and sell computers back in my hometown in the Midwest and we used Facebook marketplace or craigslist strictly but I've read that people use other apps out here and the craigslist seems to be dead and then the Facebook seems to be full of bots. Any suggestions on what to use to buy and sell
