Best Fried or Smoked Turkey in Houston?

So, my wife had her heart set on a smoked Turkey from Greenberg's Smoked Turkeys in Tyler, TX because it's been there for years and they have great reviews. A few days ago, a fire destroyed their facility and they're canceling and refunding everyone's orders. Now we're looking for a local place that has either smoked or deep-fried turkeys and want to see what everyone suggests.
