Where to get balayage at

Hello! Me and my friends are looking to go to the hair salon together. I personally am willing to spend $350 on it but my friend wants to spend $250 (absolute max) Her hair is around mid back length. We want to go to a salon in the following areas

-Katy

-memorial

-Chinatown

-downtown

-Sugarland

-pearland town center area

And anything inbetween (essentially south west Houston quadrant)

I’ve been to a lot of different salons so I want to make sure they actually take care of their sheers as dull ones can make you get split ends very quickly. Along with that I want to make sure my hair isn’t fried by the end of it as I like my healthy head of hair and don’t want to go bald by all the damage We are Asian so we do prefer having a Asian stylist that knows how to work with Asian hair
