Unusual Car Request (Need help finding shop)

I recently bought a BMW and haven't waited on starting to modify it. I recently bought something that has to do with a bit of wiring and before going ahead and doing it myself, I want to see if you guys know any shops that would be able to do something like this. Most of the places I've asked either said no or they'd have to see it in person since it's not such a common thing. A shop closer to Sugar Land would be better but it doesn't matter.
