Safety of Red Coach, Flixbus, or Hitch (Houston to Austin)

Good evening Houston Redditors! I was looking for a round trip bus from Houston to Austin for one of my family members. She has never taken the bus before and she is concerned about her safety. She is a petite female in her 20s. So Greyhound is a no-go for us.

We were going to pick Volane, because of good reviews from people we know, but the departure times are inconvenient for our schedules.

There were other results that were better for our schedule, which were Red Coach (first-class), Flixbus, and some new app called Hitch (Uber but for longer distances). Has anyone used either of these 3 providers before (between Houston and Austin)? Do a lot of creepy weirdos ride these buses? Are there any safety concerns we should be aware of? Are they punctual, or get unreasonable delays?

Just a concerned uncle here LOL. I don’t want her to encounter unreasonable late departures/arrivals or random creepy weirdos. Thanks in advanced!
