Any place that can add a elastic waistband to pants?

I work at usps and after a year I finally got my pants. They fit too tight even though the ones I took with the same size do fit. Realized those had an elastic waistband.

I could send them back and get a bigger size but I'm getting these tailored anyways so thought I'd just ask the same person. 🤷
