Apt Stormwater / Drainage bill

Hi guys,

I'm looking at has a stormwater/ drainage fee in a lease agreement for an apartment I'm looking at. I'm from out-of-state, so this is new to me.

Anyone know:

• If this is normal? It's on top of normal rent.
• Expected cost?
