Greg Roman OC

I’m saying this because I know a lot of fans want him as our next coach. I can say he’s great with developing a run game and ground and pound. However, his passing offense is lacking for an NFL team. It’s unimaginative and archaic, and as soon as a team takes the run game from him he doesn’t know what to do. Especially when the Ravens are behind or when they have to play a top defense. Just my opinion from watching his offenses.
