Drive-thru voter intervention in Hotze’s lawsuit
I've seen some information on Nextdoor that the firm of Smyser Kaplan & Veselka, L.L.P. is looking to represent people who were drive-thru voters in the current federal court case. There's a Google Docs sign up/consent form, but I can't verify its veracity. So, instead here is the link to the firm's website:
I can't say this with any certainty, but I highly doubt that they'll charge you any fees or expenses for being an intervenor.
