Is Anker SOLIX F3800 the right present to help my cousin make it through the winter?

Hi, My cousin lives in Houston. She had been through some tough power outage times during hurricane Beryl's attack. I want to give her a power storage station as a Christmas present to help her get through this winter. Have my eyes on Anker SOLIX F3800, any experience regarding this? Thanks a lot!
