Hit and run on I-45 in South Houston today

This truck was involved in a hit and run today at about 1:10pm on I-45 in S Houston (just a little bit inside the Sam Houston Tollway). The truck passed me on the service road cuz they were in such a hurry to merge onto I-45 and in the process they hydroplaned across all 4 lanes and T-boned a white sprinter van. The truck then hit the concrete divider and took off, taking the next exit they could and turning down Harrison St in front of Del Mar apartments in an attempt to get away. This was the best pic I got. Can anyone ID the truck or license plate number?

I’m a truck driver and can’t stand when I see hit and runs because it happened to me in DT Houston years ago. The person at fault didn’t realize they left their bumper (and license plate) behind after hitting my truck then taking off…🙄
