Im looking for a max 260k house 25-35 min from george bush airport. Im married, mid 20s, wanting to raise a family in the next 3 to 5 years.

My top spots have been atascocita, spring, porter for a potential house.

What great neighborhoods or areas am I missing? Im very ignorant of anything inside highway 8. Any good spots I should look at?
