is there a college around here that i won’t go in debt with if i have a pell grant & max fafsa benefits?

sorry if this question is dumb. *foster kid + current parents never went to college / lowkey don’t want me to go. researching this stuff confuses me because there’s so much to learn and hearing it from people personally helps me understand it more.

i kind of had it put into my head that i’d be screwed in college because of how much it costs even with fafsa, but some people say that fafsa + a pell grant can cover the costs completely.

is there a texas university that’s cheap enough to where fafsa and a pell grant could cover all the costs?

** i dont get foster care benefits despite being in the system bc of complicated CPS stuff but i am recognized as homeless / orphaned
