After months-long delay, Sweet Magnolias Tearoom will open in Pearland in December

Sweet Magnolia’s Tea Room will open in Pearland on Dec. 10 to serve serve fresh sandwiches, salads, soups, desserts and a variety of drinks, according to a Nov. 27 social media post from the business.
