What part of town did you grow up in and how do you pronounce this?

I personally am not from here, but the people I’m friends with pronounce it fill-a-pe vs people I have met at work and whatnot call it f-le-pay. I have heard it depends on what tax bracket you were in growing up but I could be wrong🤷🏻‍♂️
