Stuff to do my final days in HTX

Title says most of it. I've been living in Houston all my life, but was just given a really good opportunity to live in Maine for a year and I'm taking it. I haven't seen most of what this city has to offer, as I have spent my whole life in school or in bed. What should I do here before I leave?
