Houston Catering for Engagement Party

My fiancé and I are having an engagement party in 2025 & are having a rough time deciding what type of food we want. We love trying different types of foods but our favorite cultural food is Asian (which is still too broad of a type subculture food to decide >.<) Does anyone have any tips to narrow down catering for a big celebration? We haven’t had to hire catering before and would love any tips on searching. Does anyone have any recommendations for catering services? We eat pretty much anything so any recommendations would be awesome 😍 Edit: My fiancé is also lactose intolerant. We also have a few guests with tree nut & seafood allergies
