Anyone have experience getting a pet travel health certificate?

My family is trying to take my aunt's dog to El Salvador before she passes away. So far, all the places we've called give us a waiting time of ten days to get the certificate. I was wondering if anyone knows a pet clinic that has a shorter waiting time, between 1 and 4 days.
