Drywood Termites

Hello, my wife and I just bought a house last month and while we were doing our inspections our termite inspector found a small amount of Frass. The seller had a separate inspector come out who found the same but one suggested we tent the house and the other suggested a spot treatment.

Originally we were all for the tenting but as my wife looked into it more she’s a little more reluctant to tent. Has anyone had experience doing a spot treatment or have anywhere they’d recommend to have it done. The place we have the tenting scheduled with doesn’t do anything else other than tenting.
