Resources to find roommates

Hi guys, I am moving to Houston for work in January 2025. To the people who went through the same experience, I am interested to know how you guys found out about potential roommates, houses etc. What were the resources that helped you folks. Also any suggestions related to neighborhoods and potential tips are much appreciated. Thanks
